Additional Guests

Our rental rates are based on an occupancy of up to 4 guests. For each additional guest, we charge a supplement of $175 per week plus tax.

​​Please note: rentals with children under the age of 10 are not permitted.

Parking on the Driveway
The garage is reserved for the owner’s vehicle.

​

Energy Consumption

Electricity is billed separately at a rate of $0.17 per kilowatt-hour plus 11.5% tax.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. This deposit will be credited toward the total amount due. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. From this point on, the full amount is non-refundable.
If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the charge will be made on the last business day before.

Travel Insurance

acation plans are often made well in advance – but unexpected events can happen. We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect yourself in case of last-minute changes or unforeseen circumstances.
Please note:

• Taking out travel insurance is the guest's responsibility.

• We as the property owners do not arrange insurance on your behalf.

A suitable vacation insurance policy offers comprehensive coverage, including:
– Reimbursement for cancellations
– Travel delays
– Lost or delayed luggage
– Emergencies during your stay
– Theft of passport and valuables

We strongly recommend travel insurance – for peace of mind and a worry-free holiday.
