General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Villa No. 1, Cape Coral

1. Booking and conclusion of contract
   By submitting your booking request via the form, email, or phone, you are making a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The booking becomes binding upon our written confirmation.

2. Payment terms
   After booking confirmation, a deposit (usually 30% of the total amount) is due within 7 days. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 30 days before arrival. For short-term bookings, the entire amount is payable immediately.

3. cancellation
   Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:
   – up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
   – 59–30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
   – 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
   – 14 days or less: 100% of the total amount
   We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

4. Arrival and departure
   Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM. Exceptions are possible upon request with the property management.

5. House rules and liability
   The tenant undertakes to treat the villa with care and to report any damage immediately. The tenant is fully liable for any damage caused by the tenant or his or her fellow travelers.
    

Pets are not allowed!
Smoking is prohibited in the house!

Any damage or excessive soiling will be charged to the rental deposit.

 

Landlord's liability:
The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to the tenant's property or for accidents during the stay!
